Other operations in Canada include a cold weather research facility in Timmins, Ontario. Toyota Canada is owned by Toyota Motor Corp. TMC (Japan) and Mitsui.

The current employee count at Toyota and Lexus dealerships as of June 2009 was 11, 762.
